Donor Club Membership (World Pay – Futurepay) Subscription Terms and Conditions

Monthly subscription

Subscription to the Donor club is on a month by month basis. Your subscription period starts on receipt of your payment and continues for a period of 30 days. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will be automatically signed up and billed for a further term of 30 days, billed at the applicable pricing current at that time. This shall continue every 30 days until you cancel your subscription as per “cancelling your payment for your donor club account” below.

Once an agreement is created, you will be provided with a Future Pay Agreement ID.

For European Economic Area donor club members, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial payment using a password, one time code to your mobile phone, or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorise us to charge your payment method for your future monthly subscription payments without providing further payment instructions (i.e we will initiate repeat payments independently until you cancel).

Failure of authorised payment method

Should your payment method fail, you shall be notified via your registered contact email and invited to provide a new payment method. Should you fail to do this within 7 days your account shall be closed.

Cancelling your payment for your donor club account

If you wish to cancel your membership you may do so at any time by logging on to your dashboard and clicking on the link “Close my account” which will end the associated Future Pay agreement. Please note that you are only able to participate in the CharitySaver Ambassador programme whilst you are a paid member of the Donor Club.

Payment to, or via, 3rd party service providers

When you access any third party service or cashback providers via CharitySaver as a donor club member, any contracts, services, agreements and payments made are between yourself and the relevant provider. Cancelling your donor club membership will not affect such agreement(s) nor serve as a cancellation for them. It is your responsibility to cancel any such agreements you may have entered into, directly with said provider.
