End of Life Support to Bereaved Families

Please assist a family to cover funeral costs. Many of our patients are from severely under resourced families who cannot pay for end of life care and funeral costs. Barrydale Hospice is not in a position to sponsor funeral costs.  However, we do try to assist families by fundraising to help towards funeral costs. The average funeral cost in South Africa costs R7000 – R15000 (315 – 749 Pounds).
