It has 34 kids virtually all of them very young. They have lived horror stories like most of us never have to face. They know what it means to be hurt. They know what it means to be alone.They know what it means to be hungry.They have only known danger and more than one is probably lucky to be alive.CEP is the first safe place most of them have ever known.They have clothes,They have food,For the first time for many they go to school.
